North Burnaby Summer Day Camps 2016
We offer a safe environment for learning, laughing, and exploring arts, music and sports. Our camps also contain some spiritual teaching and stories from a Christian perspective.
Shire Rock Camp: Cover & Compose
July 11-15, 9:30am-12pm
This music camp begins to help campers play cover songs together using vocals, guitars, piano, percussion and drums. We will also compose some original songs. We will still watch music videos and each camper will receive a Shire band poster.

Beyond the Brush Art Camp
July 11-15, 1pm-3:30pm
Learn from some of the greats and create your own masterpieces spanning a variety of mediums such as tile, water colours acrylic painting and recycled art.
The week will culminate with an art show showcasing your art.

Shire Rock Camp: Music Video
July 25-29, 9:30am-12:00pm
Whether you have musical experience or not, this camp will help you rock out on drums, guitars and keyboards.
You will learn and play cover songs, compose new songs and create a music video. Each camper will receive a band poster.

AIA Soccer Camp (Burnaby-wide)
July 25-29, 9:00am-3:00pm
Become a total athlete! Our university, college and club soccer players will help your child develop fundamental dribbling, shooting, passing and ball control skills. Each day includes exciting competitions and fun tournaments.
Every camper gets the individual attention they need to grow physically, socially, mentally, and spiritually.
- Ages 6-12
- $110.00
- Held at Byrne Creek Oval in South Burnaby
Notes:
- Kids are encouraged to bring a lunch and snacks.
- Early drop-off (- 1 hour) and late pick-up (+1 hour) are available for an extra $25.00 per week.
- Registration costs are kept low though donations and volunteers from Southside Community Church. However, further sponsorships may be available for those requiring extra financial assistance. Please inquire for more details.
